When my family and I arrived at the airport, the HiSo had a private escort waiting for us at the gate who quickly shuttled us off to customs, which was a breeze because we went right to the front of the line.  Then the escort took us to get our bags and handled carting everything for us to an awaiting driver to take us to our hotel.  We felt like celebrities as our trip start was seamless and stress-free. The car service was great with a very friendly and professional driver.  He made us feel very comfortable.  Once we reached our hotel, we were even more impressed.  Normally, I reserve my own accommodations because I’m very particular, our travel advisor assured us that they have the highest standards so we took a chance.   They were right because the hotel was perfect and very comfortable for us.  Lastly, the tours were awesome.  They included itinerary items that we would have never booked on our own, but we were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed them.
